1. GENERAL TERMS
The sigmashipping.ro website is managed by S.C. SIGMA S SRL, hereinafter referred to as SIGMA S, with registered office in Bld. G. Cosbuc no. 19, Bloc B4, apt. 14, 800357 GALATI, Romania registered at the Trade Registry with no. J17/25/1993, having the Unique Registration Code RO3118656.
Using the site as a visitor, sending requests for offers or information through the forms on the site pages or on the CONTACT page on the site implicitly assume acceptance of these terms and conditions, with all the consequences arising from it.
The purpose of the site is to inform visitors about the services offered and information about the company, without the need to create an account. Any use for any other purpose is not allowed.
SIGMA S can at any time make changes to the content of the site, changes to the structure and accessibility, can stop providing information on the site, without prior agreement and without any notification to users or third parties. Also, SIGMA S can limit access to certain parts of the site, to certain facilities on the site, can limit access to certain IPs without notice.
2. SERVICES AND PRICE POLICY
The prices of the services offered by SIGMA S are offered to each individual applicant depending on the specifics of their request.
SIGMA S undertakes to offer the applicants directly, upon request and depending on the possibility of offering a certain requested service, the prices of the services offered and the prices charged. The final price will be considered the one established by phone or by email together with the SIGMA S consultant. 3. CONFIDENTIALITY AND PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
According to the requirements of Law no. 677/2001 for the protection of individuals regarding the processing of personal data and the free circulation of these data, amended and supplemented and of Law no. 506/2004 regarding the processing of personal data and the protection of private life in the electronic communications sector, SIGMA S has the obligation to manage the personal data that you provide us about yourself in safe conditions and only for the specified purposes.
SIGMA S also complies with REGULATION (EU) 2016/679 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of April 27, 2016, on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data.
3.1 LEGAL FRAMEWORK
The SIGMA S privacy policy reflects the legal provisions in force. Natural persons whose personal data are processed by us have the following rights:
the right to be informed about the identity of the operator, for what purpose the data is processed, to whom it could be disclosed, the obligation to provide the data;
the right of access to data (the provision of data by the operator at the request of the natural person is free);
the right to intervene (the person concerned can request the rectification, updating, deletion or anonymization of personal data);
the right of opposition (you can ask the operator not to process your data for marketing purposes);

SIGMA S asks visitors only if they voluntarily use the contact form on the website pages the following personal data:

As such, the legal basis for collection is represented by “contact for the transmission of the service offer and/or the provision of information regarding the requested/offered services”.
3.3 USE OF THE REQUESTED DATA

This consent can be revoked at any time, with subsequent effect by a notification to SIGMA S or by sending an e-mail to office@sigmashipping.ro. Please note that the revocation of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the use of the data prior to the withdrawal of consent (notification has no retroactive effect).
By completing and submitting the offer requests with the help of the contact form on the pages of the sigmashipping.ro website, I understand this declaration of consent and I agree with the processing of my personal data through the above channels for the purposes described in this declaration of consent.
3.6. HOW CAN I DELETE MY DATA?
Send an email to the address office@sigmashipping.ro with the Subject ‘Data deletion’ and specify the name and email address that you want to be deleted from the database.

In the event that the conflict was not resolved amicably, the competence rests with the Romanian courts, according to the legislation in force.
